摘要
以某重型车辆为目标车型,利用ADAMS建立其传动系统当量模型,通过仿真研究了双质量飞轮主要参数对系统扭转振动的影响,并对双质量飞轮设计参数进行优化。最后,针对目标车型设计出一种减振盘双侧布置长弧形组合弹簧的新式双质量飞轮,并利用ADAMS对其减振效果进行仿真研究。
In order to research the influence of the main parameters of Dual Mass Flywheel to the torsional vibration of the transmission system, one heavy vehicle was taken as the target vehicle and its dynamics models of transmission system in the idle conditions and the driving conditions were established by ADAMS.Then the main design parameters of Dual Mass Flywheel were gained through simulation and optimization.Finally,a new Dual Mass Flywheel,whose vibrating springs are distrihuted on both sides of the damping disc,was designed and its damping effect was studied through simulation research.
