摘要
文中根据优化设计的思想结合二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器设计的一般要求,建立起了数学模型,包括目标函数、设计变量、约束条件等要素。通过一个范例来说明齿轮传动优化设计的过程,并借助MATLAB软件的优化工具箱编制了计算最优解的程序,求出了最优解。设计减速器时借助优化设计的思想和计算机程序,考虑现代工业对传动装置性能、效率、结构、成本、可靠性等方面的综合要求更能提高产品的竞争力,对其他同类机械产品的设计也有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, according to the basic requirements for the secondary helical cylindrical gear reducers, a mathematical model, which is made up of objective function, design variables and constraint conditions, was established with the idea of optimization design. Then, a sample was shown to demonstrate how to optimize the gear transmission and a matlab program was edited to computer the optimization result. When designing a reducer in this way, it is useful to improve productions based on requirements for capability, efficiency, structure, cost, and reliability, and can be referenced to design other similar productions.
