摘要
介绍了模拟摇摆试验台台体机构设计与分析计算方法。利用分析软件ADAMS,建立了虚拟样机模型,给出了一种基于ADAMS的求解摇摆台运动学的方法,获得了有关运动学特性曲线,同时利用分析软件ANSYSY验证了台体的力学特性和结构强度,为摇摆台系统的设计、制造、创新和模拟运动作业提供了理论依据和主要参数。
A designing and ana|yzing method of the swaying platform is introduced.The mechanic dynamic analysis software ADAMS is used to build a virtual platform. The methods for solving the kinematics of the platform is presented based on ADAMS. The kinematics characteristics curve is obtained. Mechanic dynamic analysis software ANSYS is used to verify the characteristic and strength of mechanics. The virtual prototyping model of the mechanism provides theoretic foudation and main parameters for the system design, production, creation and application in the experiment.
