摘要
以某型汽车转向节为例,分析其加工工艺,制订其加工工艺路线。由于加工转向节过程中需要在机床上进行装夹,所以对铣准45端面的夹具进行了设计,从而改善了转向节的加工工艺,提高了生产效率及产品质量,降低了生产成本。
Machining process of the automobile steering knuckle was provided through analysis and design of machining plan. Chuck of milling Ф45 end face on the machine during processing was designed. This design improves the steering knuckle of machining process, enhances its producing efficiency and products quality and lowers production costs.
