摘要
在卵形齿轮范成加工中,刀具与毛坯间相对位置关系是卵形齿轮加工中控制精度和加工难度的关键。文中就范成法加工卵形齿轮时刀具和毛坯间的加工位置关系和啮合特性进行了探讨,建立了二者之间的关系方程,并用VC++程序对方程和加工过程进行了仿真验证。
A roaching process mathematical model of Ovate gear and internal Ovate gear is set up based on the relative of the tool and ovate gear in the process of generating cutting. By using computer graphics simulation of program VC++, the machining process model is applied to demonstrate the generation cutting and resuh dynamically.
