Special Clamp Design for Angle Measurement Error Calibration of Surface Profile Tester

针对触针式表面轮廓测量仪角度测量误差校准过程中存在的角度量块定位问题,设计了一种角度测量误差校准用夹具。在校准表面轮廓测量仪角度测量误差过程中,该夹具提供了一种角度量块相对于仪器的快速、精确定位手段,保证了校准精度,提高了校准效率。

A kind of specialized clamp used for angle measurement error calibration was designed to solve the angle gauge position problem which affects the angle measurement error calibration uncertainty of stylus surface profile tester. During the calibration process, the clamp works as a position device for angle gauge.
