摘要
为改善TC4钛合金的高温抗氧化性能,采用激光多层熔覆成分梯度熔覆层的方法,获得了与基材冶金结合良好、无明显缺陷、以化合物相为主的抗氧化层,恒温等频氧化试验表明,熔覆层的抗氧化性能明显高于基材。
To improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of TCA, experiments of functional gradiently layers on TC4 substrate by laser cladding had been carried out. The results showed that the inoxidizable layer was continuous , homogeneous , poreless and erackless by optimizing the technical parameters. And its resisting oxidation property increased obviously by means of calculating the oxidation weight gain. The primary phase was metal compound.
