摘要
利用亚规则模型研究稀土元素RE对Zr—Al—Cu非晶合金形成能力的影响,发现对于(Zr,Al1-y)0.75(Cu1—xREx)0.25,当y=0.5,0.6时,能够很好的形成非晶。当Zr和Al的组分含量一定时,随着RE越来越多的代替Cu,其形成区变小,非晶稳定性降低。当RE替代Cu的含量一定时,随着Zr组元含量的增加,Al组元含量的减少,合金非晶形成区变小,稳定性降低。
The suhregular model proposed hy us is used to predict the influence of rare metal on the Zr--Al--Cu amorphous forming ability. The results show that the forming ability is strengthened while y is from 0. 5 to 0. 6 for (ZryAl1- y)0.75 (Cu1-x REx)0.25. alloys. When components of Zr and Al content are fixed, the amorphous forming area is becoming smaller and smaller while the content of RE element is more and more. Also, for the content of RE element is fixed, the amorphous forming area is becoming smaller while the content of Zr is increased.
