核心稳定性训练对腰椎间盘突出症患肢神经电生理的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨核心稳定性训练对慢性腰椎间盘突出症患者的坐骨神经传导速度的影响。方法:选取20例慢性腰椎间盘突出患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组进行核心稳定性训练及相关康复治疗;对照组仅进行相关康复治疗,两组分别进行训练,训练时间为30 min/d,训练周期为3周,治疗前及治疗3周后分别进行患侧胫神经及腓总神经传导速度的评定。结果:治疗3周后,实验组与对照组胫神经及腓总神经传导速度比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组及治疗组组内治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:核心稳定性训练可进一步促进患肢坐骨神经神经电生理的恢复;系统的康复训练可有效提高患肢坐骨神经功能。
