上颌窦底提升同期种植体植入临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨上颌窦底提升同期种植体植入手术适应证的选择,手术技巧,术中术后注意事项。方法:回顾性分析上颌后牙缺失严重骨量不足36例,上颌窦底提升同期植入49颗种植体手术临床资料。结果:31颗闭合式、16颗开窗提升同期种植体植入成功负载,骨结合良好,种植体存留率95.9%。2例负重后脱落。结论:上颌窦底提升术扩大了种植牙适应证范围,闭合式提升和开窗提升各有相对适应证,把握适应证、手术中的技巧,严格无菌操作,因牙位不同选择负重时间也很重要。
