摘要
基于软件工程原理,应用面向对象技术设计一套船用机电器材保障方案数据库系统,并给出该系统的实现方法。利用该系统,可以及时掌握备品备件的动态变化,为制定合理的需求预测和科学的订货计划提供科学依据,提高决策者的决策技术和决策质量。
Based on the principle of software engineering, designs a database system for materials support of marine electro-mechanical equipments by applying the object-oriented technology, and gives the implementation method for the system. This system can be applied to control the dynamic changes of the spare parts in time, provide scientific basis for making proper demand forecasting and scientific ordering planning, and improve the decision technology and quality of the decision makers.
