摘要
白术为中医临床常用之药物,被广泛应用于诸多方剂中,其与不同药物配伍作用各有不同。现从固表止汗、散寒除湿、健脾养血、淡渗利水、补气安胎、消积化滞、温中散寒、渗湿止泻等方面阐述白术在方剂中的配伍应用,以期对白术临床应用有所启发。
Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, a commonly seen herb in TCM clinics, is widely used in many formulae and has different effects when combined with different herbs. In this paper, we discussed the application compatibility of Rhizoma Atraetylodis Macrocephalae in formulae on the basis of strengthening exterior and reducing sweat, dispersing cold and eliminating wet, replenishing spleen and nourishing blood, tonifying qi and miscarriage prevention, etc.
