摘要
为了确定氧化球团的单球抗压强度与焙烧温度和焙烧时间之间的关系,对某球团厂配矿进行了试验研究。确定了给定条件下几种配矿方案的最低焙烧温度,得到的3种配矿方案及2种对比方案的Tm(球团矿达到某一单球抗压强度时竖炉高温区的最低温度)约为1 000~1 200℃。同时给出使用2号方案配矿(60%高钛精粉,37%低钛精粉)抗压强度达到2 000N时的焙烧温度区间为1 113~1 140℃。
This study is aimed to ascertain the relationship between compressive strength of single pellet and roasting temperature as well as roasting time. Through a series of experiments carried out in a pellet plant, the minimum rosting temperature under given conditions for three kinds of ore mix scheme and two kinds of compared scheme are determined. The index Tin, which refers to the Minimum temperature in high temperature zone of shaft furnace to get a given stength for a single pellet, is determined to be 1 000 -1 200 ℃ . In addition, for the No. 2 ore mix scheme (60% high titanum ores, 37 % low titanum ores ), the roasting temperature range is determined to be 1 113-1 140℃ to get a strengh of 2 000 N.
