摘要
南钢炼铁新厂8号高炉(2 000m3)由于原料质量的不稳定、渣系的变化,上下部操作调剂的不匹配等原因造成炉身部位圆周方向结厚,通过采取"降料线打水,强力疏松边缘气流,调整风口配置"等措施,历时42天,炉墙粘结脱落,炉型规整,炉况恢复正常。
Wall accretion in the stack region of No. 8 blast furnace (2000 m3) Of NISCO had taken place due to the fluctuation of raw material properties and slag compositions, and the mismatch of charging parameters with blast parameters. Owing to the measures adopted, including lowering stockline, intensifying peripheral gas flow, and adjusting tuyere parameters, the furnace profile gradually became regular and the blast furnace production returned to normal.
