复方甘草酸固体分散剂中蛋氨酸的测定

Determination of methionine in SNMC

【目的】建立高效液相色谱法测定复方甘草酸胶囊(固体分散剂)中的蛋氨酸含量的新方法。【方法】采用C18(4.6 mm×150.0 mm,5μm)色谱柱,超纯水为流动相,柱温30℃,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长219 nm。【结果】蛋氨酸在0.1～1.2μg范围内呈良好线性,相关系数R2=0.9998,平均加样回收率为98.54%,RSD为0.82%。【结论】该方法简便、快速,测定结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于复方甘草酸胶囊(固体分散剂)的质量控制。

[Objective] To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of methionine in Stronger Neo Minophagen C （SNMC）. [Methods] C18 column（4.6 mm x 150.0 mm, 5um）was used, the column temperature was 30℃, the mobile phase was ultrapure water, flow rate 1.0 ml/min and detective wavelength 219 nm. [ Results] Methionine was proved to be linear in the range of 0.1 -1.2ug/ml, with a regression coefficient of 0.9998. The recovery was 98.54%（RSD=0.82%）. [Conclusion] The method in this study is reliable accurate and reduplicable and could be used in the quality control of SNMC.
