总结了福建省厦鹭电化有限公司在盐水中加次氯酸钠脱铵(胺)后的运行情况。通过在化盐工序加入次氯酸钠,降低精盐水中的总铵(胺)含量;加强液氯系统排污,降低三氯化氮的含量;在化盐过程,采用滴加次氯酸钠的方式消除铵(胺);并通过对总铵(胺)含量与次氯酸钠加入量的比对试验,确定较佳加入量。既保证了精盐水总铵(胺)含量达标,又确保了公司安全生产,减小了次氯酸钠对设备造成的腐蚀,保证了氯化石蜡产品的品质。
The running situation of adding sodium hypochlorite to brine to remove ammonium and amine in Fujian Provincial Xialu Electrochemical Co. , Ltd. was summarized. The total ammonium and amine content in refined brine was reduced through adding sodium hypochlorite in salt solving procedure. The nitrogen trichloride was reduced through strengthening residue discharge from liquid chlorine system. Sodium hypochlorite was added dropwise during salt dissolving to remove ammonium and amine. The optimal adding amount of sodium hypochlorite was determined by contrast test on dependence of adding amount of sodium hypochlorite on total ammonium and amine content. Qualified total ammonium and amine content in refined brine and the company's safe production were ensured. Sodium hypochlorite's corrosion on equipment was relieved. The quality of chlorinated paraffin was guaranteed.
