Expression and significance of cyclinD1 and p27 in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的:探讨cyclinD1、p27在鼻咽鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组化sp法检测cyclinD1和p27在60例鼻咽鳞癌组织及20例鼻咽炎症组织中的表达。结果:①cyclinD1在炎症组织、高、中、低分化鳞癌中的表达逐渐增加,p27则相反,逐渐减少;②cyclinD1和p27表达在炎症及不同分化鳞癌组织中表达的差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);③在鳞癌中,p27与cyclinD1表达呈负相关,两者异常表达与肿瘤临床分期相关(p<0.05),p27表达与淋巴结转移无关(p>0.05),cyclinD1表达与淋巴结转移相关(p<0.05),两者均与患者年龄性别无关(p>0.05);结论:cyclinD1和p27的联合检测在预测肿瘤预后及反应肿瘤恶性程度上较单一检测cyclinD1更为客观。

Objective： To investigate the expressions and significances of cyclinD1 and p27 in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods：Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to examine the expression of cyclinD1 and p27 in 60 cases of biopsy specimens of NPC and 20 cases inflammation tissues.Results：①The high-expression rate of cyclinD1 in inflammation tissues,well-differentiated carcinoma tissues,moderate-differentiated carcinoma tissues,poorly-differentiated carcinoma tissues was gradually increased,and the high-expression rate of p27 was gradually decreased.②The high-expression rates of cyclinD1 and p27 in different grand carcinomas and inflammation tissues had significance of statistics（p〈0.05）.③The high-expression rates of cyclinD1 and p27 were inversely correlated.The expresson rates of cyclinD1 and p27 were correlated with clinical stages（p〈0.05）.There were no significant correlation with patients’age,gender（p〉0.05）.The immunoexpression of cyclinD1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis（p〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combined analysis of cyclinD1 and p27 expression for evaluating the malignancy degree and the prognosis of NPC is more reliable than one factor.
