摘要 综述了近年来美日欧等国在微波铁氧体技术上的发展,重点放在环行器/隔离器、相移器及新理论,着重介绍了新的YIG 单晶薄膜器件及薄(厚)膜铁氧体器件与半导体基片相共存的单片组件。军用需求正朝着超小型化、高性能和超宽带铁氧体器件发展,民用需求是尺寸紧凑、重量轻。 This paper overviews development of ferrrite devices in USA, Japan and Europe within the past few years.Emphasis is placed on recent development at circulators/ isolators ,phase shifters and new theory.Special emphasis is placed on new YIG single crystal thin film devices and the thin(thick) film ferrite and semiconductor substrates in monolithic compatible components. For military application, toward ultraminiature performance and ultra broad band ferrite devices are required. For civil use,devices with compact size, light weight, low cost and those can be mass produced are required.
