摘要 Turbo码是在 1993年的国际通信会议 (ICC’93)上由法国学者C .Berrou等人率先提出的一种新型信道编码方案。Turbo码很好地应用了香农信道编码定理中的随机性编译码条件 ,从而获得了接近香农理论极限的译码性能。由于其很强的抗衰落、抗干扰能力 ,Turbo码在INMARSAT phoneM4系统 ,CDMA多用户检测和第三代移动通信系统IMT 2 0 0 0中得到了广泛的应用。但Turbo码也存在着一些亟待解决的问题 ,随着Turbo码在实际通信系统中的应用及软硬件技术的提高 ,这方面的问题在不久的将来一定会得到改进和完善。 Turbo Code is a new type of channel coding method that is first proposed by French scholar C. Berrou on ICC'93. The basic principles of coding and decoding of Turbo Codes are introduced in this paper. Then its applications in INMARSAT mobile satellite communications system, CDMA multi user detection and the 3G mobile communication system IMT 2000 are discussed.
