摘要
综述“300MW、600MW引进型切向燃烧锅炉温度偏差研究”课题所取得的主要成果。包括:残余旋转影响及其防治、烟气偏差的实验研究与数值模拟、汽温偏差的研究、12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管运行可靠性的试验研究、温度偏差研究成果在锅炉改造和新设计中的应用以及锅炉烟气侧热力偏差和再热蒸汽温度偏差的试验研究等方面的内容。课题主要成果在电站工程中得到了应用。
Main results obtained from Temperature Imbalance Investigation for 300MW, 600MW Tangential firing Boiler Using Introduced Technology are comprehensively described,including innuence of residual swirl and precautions, experiment and research of gas imbalance and numerical simulation, study on steam temperature, experiment on operation reliability of 12Cr2MoWVTiB steel pipes, application of temperature imbalance investigation results to boiler renovation and new design, research on thermal imbalance in gas side and reheat steam temperature imbalance etc., Results from the above subjects are applied in power station engineering.
