摘要
在300MW、600MW机组锅炉中末级再热器管屏采用梳形密封板直接与T91管子相焊，多次出现管子延时裂缝，给企业造成了很大的损失。为此根据实践和研究，提出了解决这一质量问题的基本方法。
Considerable loss has been caused by delayed crack of tubes which frequently occurred due to directly welding comb sealing plate to T91 tubes in finishing reheater panel of 300MW, 600MW boiler. Therefore, based on study and experiments, solutions to the quality problem were presented.
