1E150柴油机扫气口附近湍流的LDV测试研究

摘要 :利用二维激光多普勒测速仪 ,在稳流试验台上 ,对 1 E1 50柴油机扫气口附近横剖面上稳态回流扫气的湍流特性进行了测试。发现各气口进气射流的主流速度不同 ,且主流方向离开扫气口轴线 ,偏向气缸的扫气侧 ;进气射流主流中的两个脉动强度分量大体上是相等的 ,但射流边缘附近的两个脉动强度分量却有较大的差异。 The measurements of turbulence features was made near the inlet ports of a loop scavenging two stroke diesel engine under the conditions of steady flows with two dimensional LDV.The results show that the main flow velocities of the inlet ports are different and the directions of main flows deviate from the axis of the inlet ports towards the scavenging side of the cylinder,and that the turbulent intensity components in x and y directions are roughly equal in the main flows but have a larger difference near the edge of the inlet jets.
