摘要
建立增压流化床燃烧联合循环(PFBC-CC)中采用的典型设备P200型PFB锅炉性能计算模型;并利用该模型对某PFBC系统中的PFB锅炉在4种不同工况的性能进行了计算分析,在系统计算中得到P200型PFB锅炉各受热面如包墙水冷壁、埋管蒸发器和高、低温过热器的换热量Q、传热面积A、床高H等数据,全面分析研究了关键热力性能参加过剩空气系数α、床温Tb、钙硫摩尔比γ等对PFB锅炉性能的影响,进而提出PFB锅炉选择设计参数时应遵循的原则。
A thermal performance computation model for P200 PFB which is one of typical de-vices in PFBC-CC power plant is developed in this paper. On basis of this model, thermal per-formance of PFB in certain system is computed and analyzed for four differeent working con-ditions. Some parameters such as heat exchange Q, heat transfer area A and bed height H for several heat surfaces are obtained in computation. Comprehensive thermal analysis such as the impact of excess air α, PFB temperature Tb and Ca/S mole ratio γ etc. are made and some conclusions are attained.
