自拟生肌膏外敷治疗术后腹部切口脂肪液化疗效观察

The Curative EfFect Observation on Original Skin-growing Ointment in Treating Externally Fat Liquefaction of Patients with Abdominal Incision

目的：探讨自拟生肌膏外敷治疗腹部切口脂肪液化的疗效。方法：选择2008年1月~2011年12月我院妇科及产科腹部术后切口发生脂肪液化的患者56例为研究对象,年龄20~58岁,随机分为治疗组28例与对照组28例。治疗组用碘伏棉球消毒切口皮肤后以生理盐水冲洗切口脂肪层,自拟生肌膏纱布填塞引流,隔日换药1次。切口干燥后,用宽蝶形胶布拉拢固定。对照组用碘伏棉球消毒皮肤,生理盐水冲洗切口及皮下脂肪层,剪去坏死组织,干纱布擦干后,再以无菌纱布填塞引流,切口干燥后,用宽蝶形胶布拉拢固定。两组均辅以红外线照射理疗,每次30min,每日2次。结果：治疗组脂肪液化切口愈合时间（9.64±2.25）d,对照组脂肪液化切口愈合时间（15.89±1.42）d,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,治疗组切口愈合时间显著低于对照组。结论：自拟生肌膏腹部切口外敷能加快切口愈合,明显缩短腹部术后脂肪液化患者的切口愈合时间。

Objective：To study the curative effect of original skin-growing ointment in treating externally fat liquefaction of patients with abdominal incision.Method：56 Cases between 20 to 58 years old with fat liquefaction from the gynecologic and obstetrical departments of the hospital from January 2008 to December 2011,wore divided into the treatment group （28 cases） and control group （28 cases）.For the treatment group：disinfect the cut with iodine and wash the fat layer with saline,then use gauze with the original skin-growing ointment to fill the cut,and change it every other day.After the incision was dry, fix the cut with wide wing medical fabric.The control group：disinfect the cut with iodine and wash the fat layer with saline, then cut offthe necrotic tissue and dry the cut with gauze, finally fill the cut with sterilized gauze. After the incision was dry, fix the cut with wide wing medical fabric.Both groups were treated complementarily with infrared radiation,30 minutes per time,2 times per day. Result：The healing period for the treatment group was （9.64 ± 2.25） d, and the control group was （15.89±1.42） d.There was a significant difference （P〈0.01） between the two groups,and the time consumed by the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group.Conclusion：Applying the original skin-growing ointment in treating abdominal incision can significantly speed up the healing of the cut.
