替加氟联合益气消瘤方治疗晚期肿瘤临床观察

Clinical Observation on Oral Tegafur Combined Yiyixiaoliufang for Advanced Tumors

目的:观察替加氟片(FT-207)口服联合中药益气消瘤方治疗晚期肿瘤的有效性、安全性及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:对入选的20例晚期肿瘤患者给予替加氟片150mg,tid,20d为1个周期,休息1周,至少服用2个周期,同时服用益气消瘤方,每日1剂,结束后进行评价。结果:全组20例患者均可进行评价,CR0例,PR6例,SD8例,PD6例,疾病控制率(CR+PR+SD)为70%;KPS评分治疗前平均67.9分,治疗后平均78.5分。主要不良反应为轻度消化道反应,如恶心、食欲减低,骨髓抑制不明显,少数患者出现血红蛋白或粒细胞轻微减少。结论:替加氟片口服联合中药益气消瘤方治疗晚期肿瘤,具有较好的疾病控制率,毒副作用轻微,可明显提高患者的生活质量,替加氟片及中草药价格低廉,具有较高的效价比,患者的依从性较好。

Objective：To observe the validity, safety and quality of life of patients on tegafur tablets （FT-207） by oral administration combined traditional chinese medicine Yiqixiaoliufang for advanced cancers.Methods：Twenty advanced cancer patients were treated with tegafur tablits 150 rag,three times a day,20-day was a cycle of therapy,rest one week,for at least 2 cycles.Results：Alter the therapy,the twenty patients were assessable for efficacy and toxicity,no patient achieved a complete response, 6 cases were PR, 8 cases were SD, 6 eases were PD, the disease control rate （DCR） was 70%.The average KPS grading was 67.9 before treatment and 78.5 after treatment. The main poisonous side reaction was mild gastrointestinal reactions, for example, disgusting and the appetite decreases. Myelosuppression was not obvious, the minority patients had the slight white blood cell and hemoglobin reduces. Conclusion： Tegafur tablets by oral administration combined traditional chinese medicine Yiqiyangyin detoxification for advanced cancers had good DCR, and the poisonous side reaction was slight, could improve the quality of life of patients significantly.This treatment ean be ehoieed easily by patients for FT-207 and Herbs are inexpensive and effeetive.
