以实用技术为基础，结合５０ＭＷ循环流化床锅炉机组水冷壁的生产实例，详细叙述了从材料投产质量控制，焊接的质量控制，到产品的质量检验，弯管检验，装配检验，水压试验及通球检查。介绍了水冷壁关键生产环节的质量控制方法和控制效果。
The quality control methods and effects to the key production process are introduced, which is based on pratical technology, combined with 50 MW CFB boiler water wall as an example. The quality control methods are described which consists of meterial preparation, welding and quality inspection which includes tube bending, fit up, hydro-test and ball passing inspection.
