参芪汤对气虚血瘀型心衰患者生活质量的影响

Influence of Shenqi Tang on life quality in patients with heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type

目的观察参芪汤对气虚血瘀型慢性充血性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法将68例气虚血瘀证慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组32例遵照"慢性心力衰竭诊断治疗指南"常规用药,治疗组36例在对照组用药基础上加用参芪汤。结果治疗组心功能改善总有效率为83.3%,对照组为84.4%,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);2组治疗后6分钟步行距离、明尼苏达心衰生活质量评分均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗后组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组改善气虚血瘀证候总有效率86.1%,对照组总有效率53.1%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论参芪汤能有效改善气虚血瘀证慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the influence of Shenqi Tang on life quality in patients with chronic congestive heart failure （CHF） of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods All 68 patients were randomly divided into control group （n=32） treated with routine therapy according to Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Heart Disease, and treatment group （n=36） treated with the same therapy as control group and additional Shenqi Tang. Results The total effective rate in improving he^JJ＇t fimction was 83.3% in treatment group and 84.4% in control group （P〉0.05）. After the treatment, 6-minute walk distance test and scores of Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire were all improved in two groups （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in relieving the symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis was 86.1% in treatment group and 53.1% in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenqi Tang can effectively improve the life quality in the patients with chronic CHF.
