摘要
目的了解西安地区汉族健康人群GPx-1基因单核苷酸多态性位点分布特点。方法抽取西安地区汉族健康人420例,采用PCR-RFLP方法,检测GPx-1基因第2外显子上的Pro198Leu基因多态性分布。结果GPx-1基因第2外显子上Pro198Leu有三种等位基因型,C/C(Pro198Leu),C/T(Pro198Leu)和T/T(Leu198Leu),分别占92.4%,6.9%和0.7%。计算Hardy-Weinberg平衡,结果χ^2=3.387,P〉0.05,符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,具有群体代表性。结论西安地区汉族健康人群GPx-1基因Pro198Leu多态基因型以CC型为主,频率分布与文献报道中的日本人和韩国人相似,与美国人和芬兰人相差显著。
Objective To understand the distribution of Xi'an Han healthy population GPx,-1 gene single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). Methods Extracted 420 of Xi'an in Chinese Han healthy people,using PCR-RFLP method to detect the Pro198Leu gene polymorphism in the exon second of GPx-1 gene. Results On the Pro198Leu GPx-1 gene exon three alleles, the C/C (Pro 198Leu), the C/T (Pro 198Leu) and T/T (Leu198Leu), respectively, accounted for 92.4 G, 6.9 % and 0.7 %,respectively. Calculated the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, χ^2 = 3. 387, P〉 0. 05, the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, with a group representative. Conclusion Xi'an Han population GPx 1 gene Pro198Leu polymorphism genotype CC genotypebased, similar to the frequency distribution reported in the literature in Japanese and Korean, significant difference between the Americans and Finns.
