摘要
目的探讨检验科与临床沟通与互动的技巧和举措。方法采取一系列富有江苏省中医院特色的临床沟通与互动举措。包括建立检验科对外网站,印发《检验项目指南》,发行月刊《临床检验信息》,成立临床沟通小组,召开检验新项目推广会,强化LIS系统的互动功能,强化检验科内部继续教育等。结果科室较早的通过了ISO15189的认可,检验结果的可信度获得了医生和患者的认可,连续9年获得“配合临床最佳的医技科室”。结论探索了一些检验与临床沟通的举措,提升了我科服务质量,减少了临床的医疗差错,增强了检验工作者的荣誉感。
Objective To research how the department of laboratory medicine can do better for clinical service. Methods Created a series of methods to improve communication between lab medicine and clinical, including establishing a website of ours, printing and distributing cards of "Guide of Laboratory Test" and journals of "Clinical Laboratory Information", setting up groups to serve the clinical,holding meetings to introduce new tests,improving functions of LIS about communications, and strengthening further education among the department. Results The department was accredited as the standard of ISO15189, and test results were appreciated by clinicians and patients. The department was awarded as "the best medical laboratory technology departments for clinical service" over 9 consecutive years. Conclusion Set up some means to better communicate with and serve for the clinical, which improved the service quality, decreased mistakes in clinical service, and exalt collective honorary feeling as laboratory workers.
