摘要
目的观察不同肝素锂在采血管中的溶解性和有效性,及其在临床检验中应用的可行性。方法取接枝高分子肝素锂采血管(实验组)和普通肝素锂采血管(对照组)各150支,各自平均分成三组;第一组加入等量制备的兔血血浆(300μl)进行颠倒混匀溶解试验,记录各自完全溶解所需的时间和颠倒混匀的频次;第二组按《中国药典))2010版附录Ⅻ中血浆测定法测得采血管内含有的肝素锂生物效价;第三组组成一一对应的50组,按静脉采血法要求每组抽取同一献血者(随机选择患者)血液进行临床常规生化24项检测。结果经t检验统计表明,实验组所需的混匀.频次(3.10±0.60次vs8.86±0.72次)和溶解时间(13.70±2.71svs39.30±3.01s)明显小于对照组,差异有统计学显著性意义(P〈0.01);生物效价(96.5±5.33IUvs96.2±5.82IU)和临床常规生化差异无统计学显著性意义(P〉0.05)。结论接枝高分子肝素锂在采血管中的溶解速率明显优于普通肝素锂,且二者在肝素锂效价的保持及其在临床检验中的应用无显著差异。
Objective To abserve the solubility,effectiveness,and its feasibility of application in clinical examination about different heparin lithium in blood collection tkbes. Methods Taking each of 150 graft polymer heparin lithium tube (experimental group) and ordinary heparin lithium tube(control group) ,and averaging into three groups. The first group filling with equal prepared the rabbit blood plasma (300 μl) were reversed in dissolved experiment,recording their completely dissolvedtime and frequency. The second group according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition, heparin lithium bio-efficiency was measured. The third group was formed with 50 groups,extracting blood from the same donor who was selected at random for clinical routine detection of blood biochemical 24 indexs. Results Test statistics showed that the experimental group frequency (3.10±0.60 times vs 8.86±0.72 times) and dissolve time (13.70±2.71s vs 39.30±3.01s) significantly less than the control group, significant difference (P〈0.01). Bio-efficiency(96.5 ±5.33IU vs 96.2±5.82IU) and clinical conventional biochemical has no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion Dissolution of graft polymer heparin lithium tubes were significantly better than those ordinary heparin lithium tubes. And there were no significant differences in bio-efficiency and clinical inspection application between them.
