摘要
目的调查黔南地区人群Rh血型表型多态性,为临床用血的科学管理提供依据。方法用微柱凝胶免疫实验对11150例血液标本进行Rh血型抗原检测;用间接抗人球蛋白试验对初筛RhD阴性的标本进行确认。结果Rh血型观察值与期望值经χ^2检验差异无统计学意义,符合Hardy-Weinberg定律;RhD阴性率为0.24%,D基因频率为0.9508,Rh血型表型分布为CCDee〉CcDEe〉CcDee〉ccDEE〉CCDEe〉CCDEe〉CcDEE〉CCDee〉ccdee〉Ccdee〉CCdee〉CCDEE〉ccdEe,基因单倍型频率分布为CDe〉cDE〉cde〉cDe〉Cde〉CDE〉cdE〉CdE。结论该地区人群Rh血型表型分布具有地域性的特点,RhD阴性率符合我国汉族人群分布情况,Rh血型表型分布调查对保证安全、有效的临床用血具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the polymorphisms of Rh phenotypes in Qiannnan population and furnish evidence for scientific management of blood clinical use. Methods The antibodies of Rh blood group were examined of 11 150 cases blood specimens by microcolum gel immuno-assay and indirect antiglobulin test(IAT) was used to further determine RhD negative phenotypes. Results After χ2 examination of Rh phenotype observed & epected value,the result showed no statistical significance Rh blood type test results in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg law. The distribution of Rh phenotypes was CCDee 〉CcDEe〉CcDee〉ccDEE〉ccDEe〉CCDEe〉CcDEE〉ceDee〉ccdee〉Ccdee〉CCdee〉CCDEE〉ccdEe. The distribution of frequency of gene assembly was CDe〉cDE〉cde〉cDe〉CAe〉CDE〉cdE〉CdE. Conclusion Rh blood group phenotypes distribution with regional characteristics, RhD Negative rates in line with Chinese Han population distribution, Rh blood group phenotype distribution has importancehas relevance to ensure a safe and effective for clinical blood use.
