自我评价教学模式在提高护生操作技能中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解应用自我评价为主的教学模式对护生操作技能的影响。方法以本校2008级、2009级本科班238名护生为研究对象,每班按学号分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用自我评价为主的教学模式,对照组应用传统教学模式,以护生的操作技能成绩、综合考核成绩和问卷调查作为评价依据。结果实验组护生操作技能水平,学习主动性、创造性,分析解决问题能力及团队协作意识与对照组比有显著性差异。结论自我评价为主的教学模式可使护生与教师明确"学"与"教"的目标,充分调动护生的学习主动性、积极性和创造性,提高护理操作技能水平及学习效率。 Objective To study the influence of self-evaluation teaching mode on nursing students' operating skills. Methods The nursing students (n=238) in undergraduate classes of 2008 grade and 2009 grade were selected as objects, and divided into experimental group and control group according to student number. The self-evaluation teaching mode was applied in experimental group and traditional teaching mode was applied in control group. The achievements of students' operating skills, comprehensive exam results and questionnaire were taken as evaluation bases. Results The level of students' operating skills, initiative and creative in learning, ability of solving problems and teamwork spirit were significantly different in experimental group compared with control group. Conclusion Self-evaluation teaching mode can let students and teacher define clearly the goal of learning and teaching, mobilize nursing students' initiative, enthusiasm and creative in learning, and improve their level of nursing operating skills and learning efficiency.
