前列腺癌内分泌治疗的新思考 被引量:2

摘要 内分泌治疗在前列腺癌治疗领域中应用超过40年,目前美国每年接受前列腺癌内分泌治疗的患者多达60万例[1]。起初内分泌治疗作为缓解转移症状的辅助治疗,随着一系列内分泌治疗配合放射治疗应用于中高风险前列腺癌的随机对照研究获得肯定结果,使得内分泌治疗的应用更加广泛[2]。接受内分泌治疗的患者在治疗初虽可获得良好效果,但其中的大部分患者都在不久后复发,且复发后的肿瘤恶性程度明显增高,转移和浸润能力更强,对内分泌治疗的反应性也更差,这类患者被称为激素抵抗性前列腺癌(CRPC)患者。
