摘要
介绍了对BN489Q汽油机配气机构液压挺柱刚度值和阻尼值的试验测定方法,得出了该汽油机配 气机构液压挺柱的刚度值和阻尼值随发动机凸轮轴转速变化的规律。其液压挺住的刚度值和阻尼系数 值随凸轮轴转速增加是减小的,并分析了形成这种规律的机理。将测得的刚度值与阻尼系数值带入作者 所建立的BN489Q汽油机液压挺柱配气机构二质量动力学模型中,计算结果与实测结果基本一致.
The experiment methods of hydraulic tappet stiffness value and damping on the valve train of BN489Q petrol engine are introduced. The regular pattern that stiffness value and damping of hydraulic tappet changes with the rotational speed of the earn is determined. When the speed of cam is increased,the hydraulic tappet stiffness value and damping are reduced. Then the effects of the regular patterns are analyzed. The values of stiffness and damping of hydraulic tappet are used in the two masses dynamic model. The results of calculation and measurement are identical fundamentally.
