摘要
在低频热及机械载荷作用下,柴油机活塞铝合金材料的蠕变与静态变载荷蠕变以及高频动态蠕变 相比,无论在数值上还是在变化规律上都有很大的差别。本文通过对铝合金材料低频蠕变试险结果及 种实用蠕变理论的分析,建立了能反映铝合金材料低频蠕变规律的计算模型,并通过对模型参数优化结 果值的分析,得到了载荷频率对蠕变的影响规律。
Under the action of low frequency heat and mechanical load,the creep of the aluminum alloy material of diesel piston in either value or change discipline is quite different from static vary-load creep and high frequency transient creep. In this paper,a mathematical model that reflects low frequency creep discipline is obtained througth the analysis of low frequency creep experiment result of the aluminum alloy material and the analysis of many practical creep theories. The affect discipline of load frequency on creep is also obtained through the analysis of optimum parameter result value of the model.
