弯血管钳在下咽部异物取出中的应用

Application of curved vascular clamp in removing foreign body of hypopharynx

目的探讨弯血管钳在取出下咽异物中的应用价值。方法利用弯血管钳,在无麻醉或表面麻醉间接喉镜下取下咽部异物。结果 50例患者异物均为鱼刺,均用弯血管钳顺利取出异物。其中19例未经粘膜表面麻醉顺利取出,31例经粘膜表面麻醉后顺利取出。其中舌根异物32例,咽侧壁异物3例,会厌谷异物15例。结论弯血管钳取下咽异物具有操作简便、无需特殊的器械,易于掌握,值得在基层医院推广。

Objective To study the application value of curved vascular clamp in removing hypopharyngeal foreign body. Methods The foreign bodies of fifty diagnosed patients from outpatient department were taken out by the curved vascular clamp under indirect laryngoscope with no or topical anesthesia. Results All 50 cases were obstructed by fish bones, and all of the foreign bodies were successfully taken out by the curved vascular clamp, in which, 31 cases were administered with topical anesthesia during the operation, while the other 19 received no anesthesia. 32 foreign bodies were located at the root of the tongue, 3 in the lateral of the hypopharynx, and 15 at the epiglottic vallecula respectively. Conclusions The application of curved vascular clamp in removing foreign body of hypopharynx is simple and easy to master, which is worth developed in primary hospitals.
