高血压治疗后并发症的观察与护理

Observation and care of complications after treatment of hypertension

目的探讨高血压治疗后并发症的观察与护理方法和效果。方法 2009年2月～2011年12月选择高血压治疗后出院的患者200例,进行并发症资料收集与社区护理干预。结果高血压治疗后病人重点管理率100%,高血压病人行为改变的比例100%。调查发现并发症20例,发生率为10.0%,死亡2例,死亡率为1.0%,为慢性心力衰竭急性加重导致而死亡,其他并发症都经过积极处理后痊愈。结论高血压治疗后并发症发病率比较高,多为心脑肾疾病,在护理中,树立高血压及其并发症可以预防和控制的信念,预防和控制高血压及相关疾病的发生,提高健康水平。

Objective To observe the hypertensive treatment complicationswith the nursing methods and effects. Methods The patients select the treatment of hypertension and discharged in February 2009 to December 2011, 200 cases complications in data collection and community nursing intervention. Results 100% proportion of the treating hypertension patients focused, high blood pressure patient behavior change. The survey found 20 cases of complications, the incidence was 10.0%, 2 patients died, the mortality rate was 1.0%, acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure led to death, other complications had been actively treated. Conclusions The blood pressure after treatment, the incidence of complications is relatively high, more than the heart, brain and kidney diseases, care, foster the belief in the prevention and control of hypertension and its complications, prevention and control of the occurrence of hypertension and related diseases can improve health level.
