大鱼际筋膜蒂皮瓣修复拇指掌侧皮肤软组织缺损的疗效及护理

Thenar fascia skin flap repair of skin and soft tissue defect of the thumb and the curative effect observation and nursing

目的观察大鱼际筋膜蒂皮瓣修复拇指掌侧皮肤软组织缺损的护理效果。方法对22例患者采用大鱼际筋膜蒂皮瓣进行修复拇指掌侧皮肤软组织缺损进行护理观察和指导功能锻炼。结果通过护理,22例皮瓣全部成活,移植皮瓣血运、质地、弹性均良好,外形美观。结论正确的护理方法和功能锻炼是大鱼际皮瓣存活和拇指功能恢复的关键。

Objective To observethe the nursing effect of thenar fascia pedicle skin flap for repairing soft tissue defect of thumb palmar skin. Methods In 22 patients with thenar fascia skin flap were repaired for thumb palmar skin and soft tissue defect of nursing observation and guidance of functional exercise. Results Through nursing, 22 cases all flaps survived transplant skin flap blood supply, quality of a material, are good elasticity, beautiful appearance. Conclusions The correct approach to nursing and functional exercise is the key to recovery of the thenar flap survival and thumb function.
