空心松质骨拉力螺钉结合支撑钢板内固定治疗Hoffa骨折 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察空心松质骨拉力螺钉结合支撑钢板内固定治疗Hoffa骨折的临床疗效。方法:2007年3月至2010年3月,采用空心松质骨拉力螺钉结合支撑钢板内固定治疗Hoffa骨折患者6例,男4例,女2例。年龄38~68岁,中位数55.5岁。股骨外侧髁骨折5例,股骨内侧髁骨折1例。合并前交叉韧带断裂1例。均行膝关节正、侧位X线检查及CT、MRI检查。术后随访观察骨折愈合、并发症发生情况及患肢功能恢复情况。结果:所有患者均获得随访,随访时间12~18个月,中位数16.5个月。骨折均获得愈合,无内固定松动及骨折再移位等并发症发生,患者膝关节活动范围均大于105°,按膝关节Letenneur评分标准评定疗效均为优良。结论:采用空心松质骨拉力螺钉结合支撑钢板内固定治疗Hoffa骨折,具有固定牢靠、术后并发症少、可早期进行功能锻炼、疗效好等优点,值得临床推广应用。
