摘要
河北钢铁集团唐钢分公司第二钢轧厂集成应用7项技术,建立起一个高效率、低成本的建筑用长材洁净钢生产平台。通过采用全铁水扒渣、转炉高效吹炼、铸钢"三稳"和"三定"等措施,一次拉碳、硫、磷成分命中率达到93%以上,连铸有效作业率达96%以上;通过采用钢包全程加盖、连铸坯高温直送、定重供坯、切分轧制等措施,出钢温度降低至1 635℃,铸坯入加热炉温度在800℃以上及热装比例高于90%,棒材成材率达97.05%,各工序能耗大幅下降。该平台建设在建筑用长材品种生产中取得了良好的技术经济效果。
Seven technologies are integrated and low-cost constructional long clean steel and applied to establish the high efficiency making platform in No. 2 steel making and rolling plant of Tangshan Steel. By application of total molten iron slagging off, high ef- ficient converter blowing and steadily and orderly casting, the quality fraction of hitting rate of carbon, sulphur, and phosphorus comes up to above 93 % and the proportion of effective casting time is higher than 96 %. By fully capping the steel ladles and transfer- ring the hot billets with defined weight and splitting rolling the tapping temperature of the hot metal is lowered to 1 635 ℃ and ratio of slab with initial temperature in the re- heating furnace up above 800℃ and ratio of hot charging are as high as 90 % and the yield of the rolled bar steel reaches 97.05 % and the energy consumption in each process is greatly reduced. Very favorable technical and economical efficiencies have been a- chieved in production of the long steel products for construction purpose by building up the platform.
