摘要
采用一种新的钢渣间外加直流电场脱氧方法,在500 kg多功能试验炉上,通过在钢液与CaO-Al2O3-MgO渣系间施加稳定的直流电场,进行了钢液的无污染脱氧研究。试验结果表明:在2~5 V,10~20 A的外加直流电场下,30 min内可快速、有效地将钢液中的溶解氧质量分数由初始的800×10-6脱除至40×10-6左右。采用此方法可对钢液进行深度、无污染脱氧,可为超纯净钢的开发开辟一种全新的工艺,具有十分广阔的应用前景。
A new pollution free deoxidization method with applied voltage between metal and slag has been studied. This pollution free deoxidization research has been carried out in a 500 kg multifunction furnace by MgO slag and metal. Results show that applying stable DC voltage between CaO-A12 03 under the condition of 2-5 V and 10-20 A ex ternally applied DC electric field the quality fraction of the soluble oxygen can be deoxi- dized effectively to about 40 ×10^-6from initial 800 ×10^-6 in 30 minutes. By application of this method liquid steel can be deeply deoxidized without any contamination and thus a new process route for production of super clean steel can be developed and a very broad prospect of application presents ahead.
