摘要 通过对上海7家A级锅炉及部件制造企业监检过程中发现的制造问题进行了分类统计和原因分析,针对具体问题提出了预防措施;对锅炉质量危害严重的典型缺陷进行了深层次分析,突出了预防重点,进一步探讨了监检过程中还应重点加强监控的关键项目。 According to the manufacturing problems founded during the supervisory inspec- tion process from seven Shanghai Level A steam boiler and components manufacturers, we made classified statistics and cause analysis, proposed prevention measures specifically Forthe typical defects seriously harmful to power station boiler quality, we made further analysis in order to propose the prevention measures. At last, discussed the key items which need to pay more attention and strengthen control during the supervisory inspection process.
