对热丝TIG管管对接焊机的工作原理及焊接特点进行了阐述分析,通过确定合适的机械规范参数和焊接工艺规范参数、制定详细的焊接技术要点,有效减小了焊接缺陷出现几率。热丝TIG管管对接焊机已成功用于百万千瓦等级大容量超超临界锅炉机组的生产制造,焊缝成型美观,熔敷金属效率高,产品质量稳定可靠。
The text is analysing the operating-principle and welding-character for hot wire TIG, by means of determining appropriate mechanical parameter and welding parameter, ineluding detail welding technique in order to minish rate of welding defect. Hot wire TIG is well used for superheater and reheater of ultra-supercritical boiler, Welding confeetioning is good, metal deposit is efficient ,quality of product is stabled.
