摘要
通过苋菜与Cd超富集植物伴矿景天间作和轮作的盆栽试验,探索间作和轮作对苋菜、伴矿景天生物量及其地上部Cd含量的影响,考察伴矿景天修复Cd中轻度污染菜地土壤的应用效果。结果表明,间作和轮作都没有显著影响苋菜和伴矿景天的单株生物量及其地上部Cd含量,轮作显著影响土壤pH值和乙酸铵-Cd含量。土壤pH值和乙酸铵-Cd含量与苋菜和伴矿景天地上部Cd含量没有显著相关性。
A pot experiment interplanting-rotation Am aranthus cruetus and Sedum plumbizincicola (a Cd hyperaccumulator) were conducted to investigate effects of interplanting/rotation on biomass and aboveground Cd concentration of A. cruetus and S. plumbizincicola. The results showed that interplanting/rotation did not affect biomass and aboveground Cd concentration of A. cruetus and S. plumbizincicola significantly. Rotation affected soil pH and CH3COONH4-Cd concentration markedly. But there was no significant relationship between aboveground Cd concentration of A. cruetus or S. plumbizincicola and soil pH (or CH3COONH4-Cd concentration).
