鼎湖山紫背天葵丛生芽增殖条件的优化 被引量:2

摘要 以紫背天葵无菌球茎芽和球茎为外植体,探讨不同浓度6-BA和NAA组合对两种外植体丛生芽诱导增殖的影响。结果表明:以球茎芽为外植体更适合芽丛的诱导,其污染率极低,出芽时间约14.2 d,不定芽诱导率为98.6%,增殖倍数达到5.29倍。从两种外植体诱导丛生芽的生长质量情况分析,鼎湖山紫背天葵最适宜的芽丛增殖配方均为MS+蔗糖30 g/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+卡拉胶7.0 g/L。 Using aseptic corm and corm buds of Begonia fimbristipula Hance as explants, this experiment explored the effects of different concentration 6-BA and NAA combination on two explants inducting cluster buds proliferation. The results showed that the explants using the corm buds were more suitable for induction of cluster buds, low pollution rate, budding time was about 14.2 d, induction rate of adventitious bud was 98.6%, proliferation multiples were 5.29 times. From the growth quality analysis of multiple buds inducted by two explants, the optimum formula for Begonia fimbristipula on Dinghushan Mountain cluster bud proliferation was MS+ sucrose 30 g/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+carrageenan 7.0 g/L.
