摘要
为筛选出可同时防治橡胶白粉病和炭疽病的药剂,在实验室条件下,用盆栽接种法测定自制10%丙环唑超低量制剂对橡胶白粉病菌的毒力大小,用菌丝生长速率法测定丙环唑对橡胶炭疽菌的毒力大小。结果表明:丙环唑对白粉病菌的EC50值为8.5826 mg/L,对炭疽病菌的EC50值为0.3817 mg/L,丙环唑对两种病原菌都有较强的毒力,可用作兼防橡胶白粉病和炭疽病的药剂。
In order to select fungicide that can effectively control rubber tree anthracnose and powdery mildew,indoor toxicity of propiconazol on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Oidium heveae were measured using mycelium growth rate method and pot experiment. The results showed that the toxicity of 10% propiconazol UL was strong,with the ECs0 of 8.5826 mg/L and 0.3817 mg/L, propiconazol could be used as effective pesticide to control rubber tree anthracnose and powder mildew.
