摘要
2009年对罗源湾主要网箱养殖区20个刺激隐核虫(Cryptocaryon irritans)病害调查站位和4个海水水质调查站位开展周年监测调查,并将刺激隐核虫检出站位数分别与各水质因子进行相关性分析。结果表明:刺激隐核虫在1年中有两个发生高峰期即春夏(5~7月)和夏秋(8~10月),高发期的水温在23.4~29.1℃之间;罗源湾刺激隐核虫检出站位数和水温、弧菌总数在0.01水平上呈极显著的正相关性,Spearman相关系数分别为0.836和0.859;刺激隐核虫检出站位数和硝酸盐在0.05水平上呈显著的负相关性,Spearman相关系数为-0.633;罗源湾刺激隐核虫发生状况和pH值、溶解氧、化学需氧量、活性磷酸盐、悬浮物、铵盐、亚硝酸盐、异养细菌总数等水质因子的相关性不明显。
In 2009, we carried out an annual monitoring survey in main cage culture area of Luoyuan Bay at twenty investigation stations of Cryptocaryon irritans disease and four marine water quality investigation stations, and then analyzed the correlation between the number of station checked out Cryptocaryon irritans and water quality factors respectively. The results showed that Cryptocaryon irritans had 2 peaks in each year, that was May to July and August to October, water temperature was 23.4-29.1℃ in the high occured period. The correlation between the number of station checked out Cryptocaryon irritans and the water temperature, total Vibrio were positive at 0.01 level, the Spearman's correlation coefficient were 0.836 and 0.859 respectively. The correlation between the number of station checked out Cryptocaryon irritans and nitrate was negative significant at 0.05 level, Spearman's correlation coefficient was -0.633. The correlation was not significant between Cryptocoryon irritans occursed status and other water quality factors, such as pH, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand, reactive phosphate, suspended solids, ammonium, nitrite and heterotrophic bacteria.
