摘要
在介绍磁阻型转子无刷双馈电机的原理基础上,提出了一种新的具有隔磁桥的径向迭片磁阻转子,并提出了针对该转子进行优化设计的整套流程方法。首先应用改进绕组函数法对电机转子的外形进行设计,然后以电机的转矩最大以及脉动最小为优化目标,利用田口法分别对该磁阻型转子的5个形状参数的4组不同取值进行了分析,根据分析结果选取了最优的一组参数,从而实现了转子结构的优化设计。
The principle of reluctance rotor BDFM(Brushless Doubly-Fed Motor) is introduced and a radial laminated reluctance rotor with non-magnetic bridge is proposed with its optimal design method. The improved winding function method is applied to design its shape. With the maximum average torque and the minimum torque ripple as its optimization objective,four groups of five rotor shape parameters are analyzed using Taguchi method and the optimum one is chosen for the optimal design of rotor structure.
