Achievement of Fine Management for Medical Insurance by Informatization

加强医疗保险信息系统建设,是提高管理水平的重要保证和必由之路。本文从四个方面阐述了信息化在医疗保险基金精细化管理中的应用:一是社会保障卡的建设应用是医疗保险基金管理的基础;二是医疗保险基金征收与支付管理的信息系统建设应用;三是医疗保险基金预算管理信息系统应用;四是医疗保险业务、财务信息系统一体化的管理应用。

Strengthening the construction of medical insurance information system is the only way which can help raise its management level. This paper describes the application of information on fine management for medical insurance fund in four aspects. The first is that construction and application of social security card is the base of medical insurance fund management. The second is information system construction and application for medical insurance fund imposing and payment management. The third is information system application for medical insurance fund budget management. The last is integrated management and application for medical insurance business and finance information system.
