The Development and Present Situation of Injury Prevention in Japan(Ⅱ)

日本工伤预防项目的开展是在厚生劳动省主导下不同部门和机构分工协作完成的。除了《劳动灾害防止五年计划》的制定,2010年度厚生劳动省开展的工伤预防项目包括直接实施、业务委托项目等多达43项。此外,日本重视发挥授权社会团体及中介组织在工伤预防事业中的积极作用,中央劳动灾害防止协会、劳动安全卫生研究所等都承担了大量的工伤预防经办业务。

The industrial injury prevention programs in Japan are undertaked by different departments and organizations under direction of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. In addition of formulating the Industrial Accident Five-year Prevention Plan, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare undertook up to 43 projects by the meas of direct implementation, entrusted business in 2010. Japan also pay a great attention to play the positive roles of non-government organizations in the industrial injury prevention. A substantial of business is undertaked by the Japan Industrial Safety and Health Association and National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Japan.
